A graduate in B.E. (Civil) with over 25 years of experience across the marine, oil & gas, defence, and EPCICsectors, Raja Shekar Narava provides visionary leadership and strategic execution to MIEPL.
Previously serving as Director of Infinite Shipping and Engineering Pvt. Ltd. (ISEPL), he has led numerous landmark projects including subsea pipeline installations, offshore platform construction, Asia’s largest seawater intake wells, barge and dredger construction, outfall pipelines for thermal power plants, and rotary furnace installations.
Under his leadership, ISEPL was registered as a Defence Shipyard with the Ministry of Defence (MoD). He also established distributorships with major MNCs including Castrol-BP, Tyco Fire & Security, Honeywell Gas Detection, Kamat Pumps, and Panduit. His client portfolio includes global names such as Oceaneering, Helix, Fugro, L&T, Reliance Industries (RIL), Visakhapatnam Port Trust (VPT), and IREL.
At MIEPL, he is spearheading innovation in sustainability, digital twin technologies, and the green energy transition.
S. Raju Kankipati
President – Projects
A Engineering graduate, S. Raju Kankipati is a seasoned EPC project execution specialist with over 30 years of experience managing complex marine and energy infrastructure projects.
He has served in senior project management roles with global oil & gas leaders such as Leighton, Clough, and McDermott, delivering critical offshore and onshore infrastructure across India and abroad.
At MIEPL, he leads project planning, execution, and risk management—ensuring timely delivery with the highest standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
Narendra Boyina
A graduate in B.E. (Electronics & Communication Engineering) and a qualified Chartered Accountant and Lawyer, Narendra Boyina is a senior finance professional with deep expertise in financial strategy, regulatory compliance, and infrastructure investment.
He plays a vital role in MIEPL’s fiscal governance, capital structuring, and growth planning.
As the CFO, he ensures disciplined financial management aligned with MIEPL’s long-term organizational objectives.
Commander BJS Dadhyala (Retd.)
Strategic Advisor – Technical (Marine & Defence)
Qualifications: B.Tech (Mechanical), PG (Nuclear Tech), EPGDBA (International Business), FIE, Chartered Engineer
A distinguished veteran with over 30 years in the Indian Navy and the defence-marine sector, Commander Dadhyala brings unmatched expertise in the operation and maintenance of onboard and shore-based marine systems, shipbuilding, ship repair, and port infrastructure.
He has collaborated with several defence shipyards and corporate entities, and is a Government-Registered Valuer (Plant & Machinery), IRDAI Licensed Marine Hull & Cargo Surveyor, and Chartered Engineer.
He is certified in ISO 9001 (QMS), ISO 14001 (EMS), and ISO 45001 (OHSMS) from CQI/IRCA, and advises on technical audits, compliance, and maritime safety standards.
Srikrishna Nudurumati
Strategic Advisor – AI & Autonomous Systems
Srikrishna Nudurumati holds a Master’s degree in Remote Sensing with a specialization in Satellite Imaging and Artificial Intelligence. With over two decades of cutting-edge experience across AI, UAV/Drone technologies, Spectral Imaging, Computer Vision, IoT, and Radio Communications, he stands at the forefront of technological innovation. His work has resulted in multiple patents and the development of groundbreaking systems software.
A pioneer in AI-driven Edge Analytics and Autonomous Systems, Srikrishna has been instrumental in developing lightweight AI supercomputers optimized for real-time, on-site intelligence. At Moksha Innovations and Engineering Pvt Ltd (MIEPL), he serves as a Strategic Advisor, guiding the adoption and integration of Digital Twin technologies and smart automation across our core sectors—marine, oil & gas, renewables, and carbon capture—enabling digital transformation and engineering excellence.
Naseer Pullat
Vice President – Design
Naseer Pullat brings over 16 years of extensive experience in engineering design, project management, and offshore infrastructure development to MIEPL. A certified PMP® professional and Mechanical Engineering graduate from NIT Warangal, he has led multidisciplinary teams in delivering complex marine, oil & gas, and energy EPC projects across India, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia.
Prior to joining MIEPL, he served with leading organizations such as North Oil Company (Qatar), CONSUB-NAUVATA (India), RINA Consulting (India), WORLEY (India), and GL Noble Denton (UAE), where he contributed to major offshore developments including subsea pipelines, SURF, SPS, wellhead platforms, jack-up barges, and pressure vessels. His hands-on involvement spans from design engineering to interface management, construction oversight, and commissioning of critical infrastructure.
At MIEPL, Naseer spearheads innovative design strategies, integrating global codes, regulatory standards, and cutting-edge digital tools to ensure optimized, future-ready engineering solutions.

A.V. Seetha Ram brings over 20 years of experience in administration, operations, and team coordination to Moksha Innovations and Engineering Pvt Ltd. As a Postgraduate in Management, he has a strong foundation in strategic planning, organizational development, and administrative systems.
At MIEPL, he plays a pivotal role in overseeing day-to-day operations, regulatory compliance, HR coordination, and facility management—ensuring seamless back-end support for complex EPCIC projects. His meticulous approach and people-first leadership style contribute significantly to maintaining efficiency, discipline, and a high-performance work culture.
